Developing Organisational Ecosystem and stakeholders Matix
This workshop develops an integrated organisational ecosystem framework and stakeholder matrix aligned with Saudi Arabia’s National Excellence Model and EFQM, tailored to each organisation’s context. Participants map internal environments, stakeholders, products, services, value, and external influences, clarifying relationships and flows of data and value. They connect risks and opportunities with strategic priorities and Sustainable Development Goals. Stakeholder analysis covers customers, employees, owners, regulators, communities, partners, and suppliers. Practical exercises address needs, expectations, satisfaction, perceptions, performance indicators, and improvement plans. Participants establish communication priorities, responsibilities, and periodic reviews to strengthen decisions, foresight, organisational readiness, relationships, trust, sustainable performance, and organisational excellence.
